Shipping

$ - USPS Parcel Select Ground = 2-9 days (not insured) If you select ground & your package is lost or damaged after it leaves our shop, your package will NOT be insured and you will not have the option to file a claim with the USPS.

$$ - USPS Priority Mail = 1-3 bus days (includes $100 of insurance from USPS) STRONGLY RECOMMEND If your package is lost or damaged you have the option to file a claim with USPS

$$$ - USPS Priority Mail Express = 1-2 bus days (includes $200 of insurance from USPS)

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT you put the correct shipping address in your order. Once we pack your order safely (bubble wrap/packing peanuts) & deliver to USPS, you are in the hands of USPS.

How do I make sure you have everything you need for my order?

*** ORDER CHECKLIST ***

1. Correct shipping address

2. Include ALL special instructions & details of your order in the NOTES TO SELLER before submitting your order. (Even if we have discussed through the Etsy messages, you will need to include ALL of the details again as we work off of the order forms that come in and not out of our email)

3. Include your "need by date". If you need an item sooner than our current production time, please message us to make sure that we can accommodate your time frame.

4. Include the best contact information (email, phone number) in case we need to reach you with questions about your order. Or, make sure that your notifications for Etsy are turned on so you will receive our messages.

How do I care for my tumbler, glass or mug?

We highly recommend hand wash only (no soaking) and no microwave because high heat exposure and water pressure from a dish washer will cause the vinyl to peel.

We use a high quality permanent commercial outdoor vinyl for our products. It's a vinyl you would find used for a car window decal. Like a car window decal, if you pick at it, you would eventually be able to get it off.

However, if you keep them out of the dish washer, don't scrub the outside of the glass or tumbler or soak them when you do hand wash them and not microwave them, they should last for many years.

Can you create a new design for my event or special gift?

Absolutely! We love to create new designs for our customers. If you are looking for us to create something special for you, send us a message through the CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST and we would be happy to chat with you.

How long does it take to get my order?

Typical production of standard orders is 3-5 bus days. Turn around for wedding lanterns is 5-7 bus days. Customization could take longer than standard. If you have a specific date you need your item, we will advise if we are unable to meet your request.

- USPS Priority = 2-3 bus days (insured up to $100)
- USPS Ground = 3-7 bus days (not insured)
- USPS Priority Mail Express = 1-2 bus days (insured up to $100)

Once we pack your order safely (bubble wrap/packing peanuts) & deliver to the post office, you are in the hands of USPS. We recommend Priority because of insurance. If something happens to your package, we will do everything we can to help you track it down.

Custom and personalized orders

When placing an order & you would like any type of customization deviating or adding to a design (ie. adding a name, special date, different phrase, different font, etc.)

~ Select "Add Personalization" when choosing your item.

~ Be specific in the NOTES TO SELLER section and double check the spelling/dates making sure everything is correct.

*** If you select "Add Personalization" & you do not include any details, we will attempt to contact you via Etsy the first time. If you do not respond within 48 hrs, we will contact you via Etsy & your email (if provided) a second time. If we receive no response from you, we will be forced to cancel your order.
